Before scheduling, we ask everyone to confirm they’ve reviewed this.
Initial Appointment Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your initial appointment.
If you cancel, request to reschedule, or fail to attend your initial appointment without providing at least 48 hours’ notice, a $75 late cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to any payment card you have on file.
By scheduling your initial appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
