Megan Phillips, (she/her)
I consider each person the expert of their own life. My role is to provide a safe, nourishing environment for people to open up and assess their relationships with themselves and others, moving toward successful goal achievement. I’m here to listen without judgement, pose questions and offer ideas to foster positive changes to thinking and behavioral patterns support the growth of healthy relationships, and assist in the improvement of daily functioning, emotional regulation, and the use of healthy coping mechanisms.
Although I consider myself a generalist therapist, open to working with a variety of people, my experiences heavily involved work with children, teens and young adults. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities with an emphasis on empowering people through a strengths-based, person-centered approach.
I began working as a social worker in 2007 and became a mental health therapist in 2012. I have experience working with schools, advocating for and representing young voice in the community mental health system, and partnering with juvenile justice, child welfare and foster care systems to enhance the lives of youth and their families.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or other concerns, I’m here to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I work with adolescents and adults — individually, as couples, or as families — who are seeking support through life’s difficulties.
My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is widely recognized for its effectiveness, but I also integrate other therapeutic methods to ensure that your treatment is as unique as you are. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and helps you move toward healing and positive change.
I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support, when you feel ready to take that next step.
